Hi, I’m Jim Fulford and I live in a log home on Black Creek with my wife Peggy and my son Jacob. The newest member of our family is Bumblebee, our 2010 Transformers Camaro. I’m an entrepreneur and an early adopter so my newest gadget is my iPad. I’m a big believer in using technology to get a competitive edge.  Currently I’m using my iPad and Social Media to explode my online business. My background is in Real Estate. Like most, I started my career as an agent listing and selling homes. In 1987 I became a licensed broker. Although I’ve done a good deal of real estate investing, most of my experience has been in providing real estate technology. In 1989 I entered the software field by developing the first automated real estate marketing software. This led to a career with ERA in the 90s as their International Technology Vendor, and with the emergence of the Internet, I joined the ALLTEL team to build the first online Loan Origination System.

Over the years, I’ve worked with realtors, property appraisers, builders, mortgage brokers, and others from every segment of the real estate industry. During those 25 years, I’ve seen many ups and downs in the market. However, nothing had prepared me for the real estate recession in 2009, Millions of people, including myself, have taken a huge income hit. It’s not just realtors that are impacted; it’s everyone. It’s not uncommon to see people earning half (or less) today than they earned a few short years ago. For this reason, I started searching for the next billion dollar online business.

What I found was a turnkey, low startup cost, Internet business that anyone could start right away. It was a simple hybrid business model in the viral direct sales industry, NOT Traditional MLM. This business has exploded with 700% growth in the last 24 months. What’s great is that you can diversify your income and create a plan B, and you don’t need to give up your career to do it.
